Cash4Emails Terms Of Service We welcome nearly all English reading and understanding international members. The following countries are currently not allowed and members will be deleted with no warning: NO MEMBERS FROM THAILAND, CHINA, POLAND,PAKISTAN,VIETNAM,NORTH or SOUTH KOREA, TAIWAN, IRAN, IRAQ NIGERIA or INDIA ALLOWED! Terms may be amended to add other countries. By signing up and actively using the Cash4Emails program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Cash4Emails may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose reasonable changes while notifying its membership. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you are urged to let your opinion be known by emailing the owner in a polite manner. Your continued participation in the Cash4Emails program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change. Responsibility of Members: You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. See above for allowed member countries. You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Cash4Emails account. You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Cash4Emails account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. The account of any member who sends offensive mails to admin or support staff will be suspended immediately and thereafter deleted, with loss of all earnings and downline. The account of any member found to be libelling Cash4emails.com, its owner, or staff will be deleted immediately with loss of all earnings and downline. The account of any Member found to bring Cash4emails.com into disrepute in any way will be deleted with loss of all earnings and downline. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Cash4Emails be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up Cash4Emails. You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Cash4Emails. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from Cash4Emails. limited to no more than (50) per day. In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from Cash4Emails repeatedly, your account may be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being full. Any member sending us SPAM/UCE will result in automatic termination of account and forfeiture of all earnings to date of termination. You may not send unsolicted ads to us for any advertising. All advertising must come through the advertising or redemptions page. Unless prizes for games or trivia and then you may submit them to address you will be given. Violations may be fined upon initial offenses, then account deletions may be the only practical method. Members must be active members in the program to maintain their membership. To earn from referrals, you must have clicked on a link in the past 15 days and be at least 50% as active as your referrals. Any member that is inactive for 20 days is subject to deletion. You and Cash4Emails are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Cash4Emails. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Cash4Emails. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program. Limitation of Liability: Cash4Emails will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Cash4Emails program, even if Cash4Emails has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Cash4Emails aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. All members should note that from time to time there will be pop-ups on some advertising and some sites with ptp may even contain some tracking cookies. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. Payments: Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by Cash4Emails. Members may earn by referring new members to the Cash4Emails program. Members will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by Cash4Emails. Members will be paid via PayPal / Alertpay or redemptions.. Cash4Emails will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by Cash4Emails. Once the member has reached $10.00 they may request payment. Payments will be made within 45 days or a reasonable time after. Spam: You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Cash4Emails and may result in legal prosecution. Cash4Emails strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Cash4Emails may charge up to $500,000 to a member's account per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Cash4Emails will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups. |
